Jim Cornette On Fake Diesel and Fake Razor

Published by:

Jim Cornette has never been one to be shy about what he feels about wrestling storylines and characters. Jim is old school when it comes to wrestling and he is not very big on today’s product. Cornette has an opinon on just about everything that is has come and gone in the world of wrestling.

Which brings us to the mid 90’s. At that time Jim was a booker for the World Wrestling Federeation which is now known as the WWE . Jim was basically in charge of setting up matches and making wrestlers look good in their matches.

At that time though, two of WWF’s biggest stars left the company (Scott Hall and Kevin Nash), known as Razor Ramon and “Big Daddy Cool” Diesel. The powers that be in the WWF (mainly Vince Mcmahon) thought that even though the guys who played Diesel and Razor was gone they still owned the rights to the characters. So Vince decided to bring the characters back.

Jim started hearing rumors that Hall and Nash was returning and was caught off guard. So he caught up with Tom Pritchard he believes at the time who told him they are just bringing back the characters and Jim was in charge of teaching them how to be Razor and Diesel.

So Diesel was played by Glen Jacobs who you might better known as Kane and Diesel was played by Rick Bognar. In this interview Jim talks about training them which according to Jim wasn’t to hard. Let us know what you think below.

Bret Hart Shooting On Triple H In Candid Interview

Published by:

Bret Hart is considered  one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. His work for the WWF in the mid 90’s is considered some of the best the industry has ever scene. Also he is apart of one the greatest jobs in the history of the business ,” WWE/F’s ,The Montreal Screwjob”.  Bret had to retire in 1999 due to an accidental kick to the head from Bill Goldberg in WCW. Since than Bret has made up with Vince McMahon and the WWE and makes occasional appearances for  the company.

Even though Bret does make special appearances now and again it doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a sour taste in his mouth. There is several interviews that Bret has gave that shows what he really thinks about the business and some of the guys that are in it. To name a few people who Bret has not been shy about, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, WWE Booking, etc. You name it, and Bret has been honest or what some consider almost bitter about.

In this interview with Wrestletalk TV, Bret lets loose on Triple H, Paul Levesque. In it he says that “he doesn’t see greatness in Triple H”. He also said that he hasn’t saw Triple H wrestle a great match in any matches he has ever wrestled.  He said he just brawls and that his match with Undertaker was not great it was just brawling. He went on to say Triple H is not a “great wrestler”. I know a lot of fans that would disagree with that statement but Bret has said a lot more about a lot less. So check out this small bit of a shoot interview and let us know below what you think.
